I am Hien Phan, a soon-to-be graphic designer, visual story-teller, or user experience learner. In other words, I am a human being relating to the combo creative + technology. While letting my portfolio tells the creative me, I simply ramble random fun facts about me here.

I spent about 80% of my life in Vietnam. When you come there, let me be your tour guide, telling you more about the signature of Vietnam – the people and the street food culture.
The next 20% of my life is for America – where I discover how gigantic the scope of freedom is.
The ratio is still loading.

You would probably recognize me riding my bike on campus – with loose hairs, in dark joggers, and black cat-eyed glasses.

Albert Einstein is such a model to me (although I could not bare the fact that 97% of my work will be scrapped out). His sense of humor through his quotes even makes the lessons more memorable. I would say that it might be sarcastic.
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.

I used to like reading books, especially of Haruki Murakami (there are always cats in his books, weird yet mysterious). But now, Youtube has stolen me from the stack of books of my room.

I love cooking a lot and love sharing food as well. The funniest thing is that I tend not to follow recipes and have fun with not knowing what I am doing. Yeah, I like roll not follow recipes and cooking is like experimenting and playing with ingredients. You know, most of experiments turn out with unexpected disasters – so do my experiments.
